Taborfest will take place on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 10:00 AM -2:00 PM. In addition to attending the festivities, more help is needed to make the day a success. Listed below are the numerous ways in which you can get involved ;
1. Volunteer to work a shift at one of the many booths. (this is our biggest need)
2. Save up your tag sale items and donate them to be sold at our White Elephant Sale (Please ensure that all items are clean and usable. No clothing please. Items may be brought to the church beginning a week prior to the event.).
3. Donate a gift certificate from your favorite restaurant or other establishment that can be used as one of the many items to win as part of the raffle basket booth.
4. Donate food, drink, and other items that will be for sale in the kitchen.
5. Make a monetary donation to help offset the cost of kitchen supplies.
6. Sign up to bake your favorite goodies to sell at our bake sale.
7. Donate an item or two for the raffle baskets.
8. Donate a themed raffle basket of your own choice.
9. Make a monetary donation to help purchase items for the raffle baskets.
Any way that you can help would be greatly appreciated!Look for sign up sheets on the bulletin board in the hall as you leave church. Please speak to Ken Bjork with any questions that you may have regarding Taborfest or the many ways in which you can help.
